Frank and former wife of the late Thomas Clinton Mullins Jr., loving mother of Margaret Ann Mullins, Kathryn Ruth Mullins, Susan Michael Mullins, Thomas Clinton (Denise) Mullins III, Marcia Case Frank, Clinton Edward (Victoria Carr) Frank Jr., Laurie Frank (Michael) Dorsey, Cyndi Frank McCarthy, Arthur Albert "Chip"Frank III and the late Sally Ann Mullins, cherished grandmother of Matt Mullins Johnson, Thomas William Johnson, Taylor Michael Schaefer, Forest Goodspeed Schaefer, Andrew Logan Schaefer, Kirstin Kathryn Mullins, Thomas Clinton Mullins IV, Clinton Edward Frank III, Carter Frank Magnell, John Michael Dorsey, Liza Price Dorsey, Michelle Lee McCarthy, Kevin Francis McCarthy, Heather McCarthy Bruha and Gretchen Elizabeth Frank, proud great-grandmother of five, dear sister of the late Louis and William Rathje, dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.
