Cella was the kind of woman that did'nt judge people, neither did her husband Ben.When I just met Cella &Ben, I was living on the streets. They took me into their home and treated me like a son.No matter how many times I screwed up,they were always there for me,even when I was doing drugs & drinking-they never judged me.Whenever I went on job interveiws Ben would make sure I had the proper clothes, even if he had to go buy them for me.When the job did'nt work out because of my addictions, they never gave up on me, they would simply say "theres something else out there for me". They always made sure I had a car to get around in,I could'nt tell you how many cars they gave me.They always took the time to make me feel like I was someone, they loved me unconditionally and I thank them for that.If it was'nt for them opening up their hearts &home to me,I don't know where I would be righyt now.I am a much better person for knowing them. When their daughter brought me home to them,I was an addict. Now I own my own home, have 3 beautiful girls,2vehicles,3dogs etc... If I had never met them,Iwould not be the person I am today.I want to tell them Thank You so much for taking me into your hearts &home for treating me like a son,for all your unconditional love &support. If we had more Cella's & Bens, the world would be a much better place!!! I love you YOUR SON JOE.

Marcella aka (Pork Chop) was a very Kind and Understanding Person. She would give you the shirt off her back. To know her was to Love her. I never heard her say a harsh word about anybody. She was an Angel on Earth. But now she went back home (Heaven). Marcella you will always be Loved and Missed.

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone,on behalf of myself &my siblings, for all the love, generosity,&support you have all shown us in our time of loss.Mom is a beautiful person who we have all had the blessing to have in our lives in one way or another. She's was one of a kind.It never mattered to her what you did or did'nt have, everyone was equal in her mind. She is the most unselfish person I know. She alwayas had a kind word, always ready with a smile,to greet or comfort you.I am amazed &overwhelmed by just how many lives she touched.I felt bad that I did'nt know alot of the neighbors, but I moved out of Chi-town about 20years ago. This is her eldest daughter Alicia/Lisa (Jordan)Strzyzykowski. But even though you still embraced me knowing I belonged to Her.For all your kindness and love I will never forget.I was'nt ready to let her go,God knows how much I still need her-But I'm happy that she left us on her terms. She was happy, she was with family, and she was in her home where she was most comfortable.I hope you agree with me that she would'nt was us to be sad and regretful, but she would want us to continue her memory in our smiles!!!! Again THANK YOU EVERYONE &GOD BLESS!!

Please accept our heartfelt condolences on your loss. Marcella was a good woman, a devoted wife and mother. She was fiercely proud of her kids, grandkids, greatgrandaughter~ there was nothing she would not do for any of them. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to know her most of my life~I remember she loved country music and my wife enjoyed talking about KY with her. She was kind and always sweet. A true gem.
