Lymm Weiss Obituary
Weiss, Lynn Freda age 62, cherished daughter of the late Gertrude and Sam Weiss, beloved sister of Hannah (David) Kaplan, loving aunt to Marcy (Eric) Gold and Heidi Rubin, treasured great-aunt of Brandon, Cameron, Maya, Gabrielle, and Hadley, dear friend to her caregiver Jody Gonzales. Lynn will be missed by all of her friends at the Park at Golf Mill. Our family thanks the Lieberman Nursing Facility and Midwest Hospice and Palliative CareCenter and Lisa, for the special care that Lynn received during her final days with us. Chapel service Friday, 10:00 a.m. at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Midwest Palliative and Hospice CareCenter. For information 847-255-3520
