Luis Salas Obituary
Luis Cayetano Salas, better known as "Uncle Louis" was a loving husband and was reunited with his beloved wife Rita on January 15, 2021, at 98 years of age. Uncle Louis was the Salas family patriarch and a proud retiree of Local 710. He is survived and loved by his brothers and sisters, as well as his nephews and nieces, family members and friends. Uncle Louis was a life long resident of Archer Heights and served as Operations Manager for Middle State Motor Freight Melrose Park, IL. Funeral Friday 1/22/2021 at Szykowny Funeral Home, Jonathan F. Siedlecki Director, 4901 S Archer Ave. Chicago, IL (1 block east of Pulaski at Szykowny Blvd.). Visitation 9 am to 12 pm, Time of Chapel Service. Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL.
