To all of Luis's family and friends: our hearts go out to all of you and our prayers are with you. We were so shocked to hear aboout Luis's sudden passing- what a terrible loss. I just want you to know what a wonderful person and dedicated volunteer he was when he was in our program here at Rush Oak Park Hospital. He was a volunteer in the ER for 2 years, and everyone loved working with him because of his pleasant attitude and helpful manner. We will miss him, and are truly sorry for your loss. Please let us know if there is a certain charity or organization you would like us to make a donation in Luis's name.

My Dearest Luis Alberto, my heart truly aches as your abscence in our lives grows. I never imagined that I could ever experience such sorrow. Our lives will never, ever be the same without you to make us laugh, shower us with love or just having you near. I know that God has surrounded you with many angeles who will forever keep you safe until we can all be together again! It has broken my heart to see your mommy, daddy, Mariel & Frankie try to cope without you here. You always showered them with love and laughter, and, this is what will get them through this difficult time. Please watch over your grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins and the many, many friends who loved you and will love you forever.
