This was read at her service today:
As many of you already know, Louise was one of the kindest, gentlest and most loving people to touch our lives. She always put others before herself, never complaining. Louise was not one to simply offer her help-she would just go and do something for you that would need doing. And she always seemed to know just what you needed whether it was your laundry, your dishes, your coffee or a hug. She did all of it with true feeling and love.
Louise was also a very proud woman. Proud of her sons. Proud of her grandchildren. Never would an event go by without Louise introducing one of them to someone she knew, secretly thinking “Look at them everybody! This is my family! Aren’t they beautiful?” She did this so much that her boys would laughingly hide and see how long it would take for her to find them!
Louise did love being a mother, but a grandmother? Now that was truly special to her. I remember the day she found out her first grandchild was on the way. She was ecstatic! And then she met her. She just couldn’t wait to introduce her to the world! And she couldn’t wait for more! As each grandchild was born, each and every person in Louise’s life was bombarded with stories and pictures of these newest and most precious people in her life.
These last years have been especially difficult for Louise and her family. She was simply unable to be the Louise that she wanted to be. It was her turn to be taken care of and she naturally couldn’t stand that.
In the end, God brought this beautiful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to himself to give her the joy and peace she so much deserves. So today, instead of goodbye, we’ll say thank you Louise, for being a part of our lives. We’ll say, see you in heaven Louise, where I’m sure she’ll be waiting to proudly introduce all of us once again.

Dear Jimmy & Sons,
We want to extend out sincere sympathy to you and your families on your loss.
We have both recently been released from the hospital and apologize for not paying our respects in person.
Louise was always a sweet person and we are so sorry she had such a hard time the past several years.
We were happy to have seen her at Bessie's Memorial Mass. She'll be in our prayers as will all of you.
Sincerly,
Cousin Rosemary and Michael Zeledon

Dear Uncle Jim, Jimmy, Mike
Its difficult to hear news when so far away. Especially when a great person is gone and Aunt Weezy was one of those great people. She was always doing for the family. I will miss her but always remember her in my heart.
Love Always ,
Jonathan

Dear Jim,
We have lost our sister, who we have loved very much. We have so many wonderful memories of her. There is not enough words to express our feelings about her. She was one of a kind, a diamond in the rough. We will miss her. She was so much a part of our lives. We spent 40 years together. Your children and our children grew up together.
Love Always,
Frank & Dee
