My sincerest sympathy to Gail,Micheal, Chistine,Linda and all

members of the Bassi family.

I had the privelege and the honor to know and to have worked with Lou

He was a great partner and a terrific person . Our paths had separated over the years, but I have always remembered him with admiration and appreciation for what I had learned from him years ago .I was not aware of his passing until 1 Feb and regret not being able to attend .
