Lou Raphaelson Obituary

Raphaelson, Lou F. (nee Ludwig Franz Raphaelsohn), born August 31, 1922 and died on August 26, 2002, from complications relating to his long battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his daughter, Gale F. Jacoby of St. Charles, her husband, Dr. Kenneth Jacoby, their two sons, Brett and Cory, his son, Ira H. Raphaelson of Maryland, Ira's wife Andrea (nee Rosman), their children, Yvonne, Brian and Steven and Lou's companion of more than 20 years, Helen Frischman of Northbrook. Services will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2002, 10 a.m., at The Piser Chapel, 9200 Skokie Blvd. (Skokie Blvd and Church), Skokie. He will be interred at New Light Cemetery next to his wife of 30 years, Ellen C. Raphaelson (nee Brat).
