Lorraine Siepka nee Matuszak, after 91 years, was called home to heaven to join her beloved husband, the late Richard, Sr. Siepka on October 7, 2021. Loving mother of Ann Marie (John) Landgraf, Richard Jr. (Karen), and Joseph (Barbara) Siepka. Cherished grandmother of Dennis (Cicely), Jennifer (Robert), Timothy (Crystal), Michael (Julie), Douglas (Katie), Joseph (Sarah), and James (Stephanie). Proud great-grandmother of Sophia, Luca, Paul, Bailey, Allie, Lily, Madelyn, Leo, Lucy, Hailey, Carlie, Xavier, Kane, Amber, Maggie, Jacob, Brynn, Gianna, Benjamin, Noah, and Lucas. Loving sister of the late Evelyn (late Mike) Ward and Leona (late Edwin) Shawinski. Resting at Two Holy Martyrs Parish (formally St. Symphorosa and St. Rene Parish) 6135 S. Austin Ave, Chicago from 9:30 A.M. Thursday October 14, 2021, until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. Internment Resurrection Cemetery. Member of St. Symphorosa Altar and Rosary Society and Super Club. Arrangements entrusted to Feeley-Balto Funeral Service 773/239-9095
