Lorenzo P. Ruiz, originally from Chicago, IL peacefully passed away on November 26, 2025 in Elgin, IL under the care of his family. Visitation will be on Friday, December 12th from 4-8PM at Laird Funeral Home, Elgin. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 13th at 10AM at St. Laurence Catholic Church, Jewett & Standish, Elgin. Interment will be in the Spring.
