Linda Mazur Obituary

Mazur, Linda a 62 year old Round Lake resident, passed away early Tuesday morning, January 13, 2009 at the Wauconda Rehabilitation Center. She was born on August 3, 1946 in Zion to John and Genevieve Bloom (nee Howard). Linda was a member of the Pentecostal Church in Zion, worked at Baxter Medical in Round Lake, loved to garden, and antique shop. Surviving family include her sons Charles R. Duncan Jr. and John E. Duncan, her grandsons Tyler, Daven, and Jayden Duncan, her stepchildren Bill (Missy) Mazur of AZ, John (Julia) Mazur of Fox Lake, Jerry (Gina) Mazur of Spring Grove, and Sheryl (Mark) Morgan of CO, 10 step-grandchildren, and her sister Vonda (Bernie) Straley (nee Bloom), her husband Tony Mazur precedes her in death. Friends of the family may visit on Friday, January 16, 2009 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Marvin Kindle officiating, from Four Corners Church, Whitel Lake, WI, at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake, IL 60030. Interment will be held privately. I worked with Linda at Baxter, she was kind and thoughtful. I know she will be missed. I wish the family Gods speed.

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Linda. I worked with her at Baxter Healthcare awhile back and remember her as a kind individual and hard worker. My sympathies and prayers go out to her family. God Bless and Keep You.
