Fulscher, Lillian (nee Raphael), much adored wife of the late Francis Harry, loving mother of Mitchell and the late Robert, devoted grandmother of six, great-grandmother of 19 and great-great-grandmother of two, dear sister of Gil Raphael of Boca Raton, FL and the late Jean Taff and Ted Raphael. Service Monday, 12 noon, at the Weinstein Funeral Home Northshore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd. (One block North of Old Orchard). Interment 1:30 p.m., at Westlawn Cemetery, Chicago. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Alzheimer's Disease Research Assn., 4709 Golf Road, Ste. 1015, Skokie, IL 60676, would be appreciated.
