Levita Zucker Obituary

Dear Shelley, Rachel and Family,
I just heard today about our loss... and i am filled with grief and sadness. I met Cissy perhaps six years ago at the Trainers Club..where we worked out at the same time multiple days per week. We came to know and adore eachother; and she was like a mother to me.. as she was to so many... She wanted to know EVERYTHING... all the time... With one look; she would know exactly where I was at and how i was feeling. So loving, so caring, so giving.. of herself, always... even when she had so much on her own plate to deal with.
She had a tremendous impact on my life.. and was one of the most special ,wonderful women I have ever known. I loved Cissy so... and I will miss her terribly. I consider myself so fortunate to have known her as i did.

Dear Rachel and Family,
I am so sorry that I could not make your mother's funeral...I found out just yesterday. Please accept my condolences and deepest sympathy. I loved "Sissy" and she was always full of life and love whenever I saw her. Our families go way back to St.Louis street in Skokie, and I will always remember her as one of the kindest and most caring people I have ever met.

Dear Zucker Family,
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Cissy's death. I have so many fond memories of growing up on Main Street and all the time I spent in your home. Cissy was an important influence during my teen years, and I will never forget her. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Rachel,very sadden about the passing of your Mom.As you know I had loss both of my parents within 1 1/2 years apart and we knew it was coming.Even if we know its coming it does not ease the pain of the loss of a loved one.You must remember the happy times and keep those close to your heart.(2)Have many of loved ones around to get thru this time.God bless you and your family.

I feel so lucky to have gotten to spend so much time as a part of your family 30 years ago. You took amazing care of us when we needed it. I'm happy I got to see Sheryl when I was in town last month. We lost a very dear friend and part of our honeymoon couples in the passing of Cissy. She is going to be missed but we feel very blessed having her in our lives and she'll always be in our hearts. She was quite a lady.
