Fitzpatrick, LeRoy A. of Hanover Park, formerly of Chicago, beloved husband of Mary Jane (nee Karl), loving father of Margret Lee (the late Daniel) Kobylarz, Marilee Rose, Mary Jane (Mark) Dietze, Lewis (Josephine) and Alexis, proud grandfather of Amanda and Daniel Koblarz Jr., Mary Jo, Sharon, Robert Jr. (Melody) and Joseph Rose, Melissa and Hailee Dietze, Lewis and Angelina Fitzpatrick, Brianna Roldan, great-grandfather of Lisa Rose, Jasmine Medina and Jessyka Bodillo, cherished son of the late Edward and Emily (nee Gottstein), dear brother of Edward (Dorothy) and the late Patricia (Harlan) Moulton, many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m., at The Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg.
