Dear brother of Alma Pavlicek, late Lawrence Pavlicek, late Anna (late Charles) Vondrasek, late Carl Pavlicek, late John Pavlicek, late Frances (late Leo) Mitchell, late Edith (late Eddie) Roggenkamp, late Mary Pavlicek, late Clara (Late Ed) Sisk, late Bertha (late Bob) Anderson and the late Kenneth Pavlicek. Uncle, cousin and friend to many. Funeral Monday 8:45 AM from the WOLNIAK FUNERAL HOME, 5700 S. Pulaski Rd., to St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church for Mass at 9:30 AM Interment St. Mary Cemetery. Dear Ken and Michael,
I am very sorry for the loss of your father. It was a honor to be his nurse for the short time he was in hospice. A kind and gentle man. I think you helped him to relax to go to heaven during your visit Ken. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear of your dads passing. He was my last remaining uncle. Although we haven't kept in touch I have some fond memories of him, especially that great Pavlicek sence of humor. Our love and prayers are with you
