L. Schultz Obituary

Schultz, L. Clarence of Edina, passed away Friday, June 22, 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lars and Gerda Schultz who immigrated here from Finland and his son, Frederick "Fred". Survived by wife, Kathleen; sons, Brian (Millie) Schultz, John (Sue) Schultz; and daughter, Rosemary (Russell) Schack; six grandchildren, Tina, Travis, Brent, Heather, Breanne, David; six great-grandchildren, Shawney, Alex, Madison, Tyler, Kip, and Alana; sister, Leona (Donald) Wray; brother Paul (Ann) Schultz and many nieces and nephews. He graduated from St. Louis Park High School and the University of Minnesota. He was a Mason and Past Master of the Lake Harriet Masonic Lodge. Being an Eagle Scout, he served as Cub Scout Leader in the Edina schools. He served with the U.S. Military in the Army. He grew up in and had been active in the First Lutheran Church of St. Louis Park. As a lover of classical music, memorials are preferred to the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra and with the same love for animals, the Animal Humane Society. Private services and interment will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
