Kyle Knowles Obituary

MILLVILLE, Utah - Kyle Mondell Knowles, 40, of Millville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was surrounded by his wife and family at his side.
Kyle was born November 25, 1967, to Mondell and Ilene Richman Knowles. He married his eternal companion Tamara Paige Echols on August 19, 2000, in the Logan LDS Temple.
Kyle was raised in Millville. He graduated in 1986 from Mountain Crest High School and LDS Seminary. Kyle was a faithful member of the LDS Church. He served a mission to Philadelphia, Penn., and had many church callings.
He graduated from USU with a degree in electrical engineering. He was employed by ICON Health and Fitness.
Kyle loved working side by side with his father on the family farm. He would relentlessly tease his two sisters, mother, family and friends. They all looked to his unwavering example for guidance and support.
Kyle loved being outdoors. His most memorable stories involved farm work, four-wheelers, snowmobiles and fishing trips to Alaska with his father and best friends.
Kyle's true love in this life and throughout eternity is his wife Tammie and children Dallin and Ashlyn. He fought courageously for more earthly time with them. We are comforted with the knowledge that we will be reunited with this dear husband, father, son and brother.
He is survived by his wife, Tamara; children, Dallin (6) and Ashlyn (4); his father, Mondell; father and mother-in-law, Dennis and Pennie Echols; his sisters, Camille (Brian) David and Rochelle (Jeff) Strate; grandparents, Allen and Melba Richman; sisters-in-law, Tiffany (Chris) Boyles, Tessa (Richard) Parrish, Teryn (Kawiti) Finlayson; brother-in-law, Trent (Teradee) Echols and many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ilene Knowles; grandparents, Ed and Connie Knowles. Kyle's family would like to express their appreciation to all the medical professionals who assisted in his care.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 10, 2008, at 11 a.m. in the Providence South Stake Center, 360 E. 450 North, Millville. There will be a viewing Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the Allen-Hall Mortuary in Logan and at the church Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Interment will be in the Millville Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed online at www.allenmortuaries.net

Tammy and family;
I truly am sorry for your loss. I know that you have been through a tremendous ordeal with Kyle. First, realizing his illness, being angry for God doing this to your family, accepting of the illness, moving forward fighting with all you have to try to make things as good as you possibly can for the time you have left with him. In the end you willingly let go as you know that no one wants to see him suffer any more and that the medical professioals have done all they can to heal and make comfortable. As I realized with the passing of my mother-in-law last October, my father in January, there was no place for them to go but 'up'. And I willing let go and was happy for them. They are finally free of all mortal discomforts and illness. That we can rejoice in. Yes, we will miss them, a lot, here in our mortal lives, but knowing of our eternal possibilites, that does make us better able to handle the situation. We will be lonly for them, and miss them greatly, but as I have found out, time does heal the heart. The love is always there, you just have to make yourself move on, for yourself and for your family. You have a family who can all be there for each other for support, lean on each other, don't be afraid to ask for help. I do wish you all the warmest wishes possible. Let your Heavenly Father embrace you and take you into His arms to give you the comfort you need at this time. Remember the love the two of you shared, make sure your children are always aware of that love. May God hold you in the arms of His love Tammy. God bless you and your family.
