Kelly, 66, Proud father of Jim (Lisa) Kelly, Shannon (Chris) Kashark and Christy Kelly; Cherished grandfather of Ashley, Blake, Jillian and Alyssa; Devoted son of Kathryn, nee Stapleton (the late Jerry) Tokars and the late Robert (Darlene) Kelly; Loving brother of Patsy Kelly, Kay (John) Denton and Bob (Eileen) Kelly; Loving Partner of Terri Dybala; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A Proud Union member. Kevin was a gifted man of many talents, he was always willing to help.
