I went to Cornell U with Kevin and was with him the night of his accident. Kevin's immediate determination to return to Cornell and graduate after only missing 1 year of school has stayed with me my entire life. He was the ultimate gentleman who shared a zeal for life and a boundless enthusiasm that was contangious and has spread more than you will ever know. He was loved then and I know will continue to be loved and carry on as an inspiration to many... YITB, Mark Tamis

I went to school with Kevin during junior high and high school. We were on the gymnastics team together in junior high and remained friends, although did not keep in touch. I'm deeply saddened to hear of his passing and wish his family, peace now, in knowing that Kevin is now with Christ. I'm sure he's smiling down on us now as he was always a positive influence on others. God bless him.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Kevin's passing, though I will hold the memories of the many times "out and about" with him in the Gold Coast of Chicago! No matter what the occassion, Kevin was there celebrating with us all, bringing laughter and smiles to the many who admired him! God Bless and I know he'll be with us in Spirit in the days ahead of us all!

I worked with Kevin at Verizon Wireless for the last 5 years. I remember first meeting him and thinking how strong and determined he was to have a handicap and still go through daily life with a smile. I never once heard him complain and he was always positive. More recently, I recall the look on his face when he spoke of his home he was buying and the completion of his Master's degree. He was certainly not a quitter and became an inspiration for many. I know this is a great time of sorrow for you his family, but I would say to remember the laughter, the smiles and the memories you have and this pain you feel will ease. My prayers are with all of you at this time that you may find the strength as Kevin did in life to go on.

Kevin was an inspiration for us all. Living life to the fullest, always positive, always a smile, always making me smile. In the end, the measure of a man is not how he loved, but how he was loved by others. Kevin measured up. I will miss him dearly.

I am deeply saddened by Kevin's early passage to the lord. Kevin was a great friend, and a fighter. Although Kevin had some unfortunate times in his life, he always had a smile on his face, and a great attitude. He truley represents what god would want all of us to do, when faced with difficult situations. He just kept on excelling, and found the positive in everything. He lived life to the fullest, he is and was a great role model. I was extremely amazed and impressed by his character and perseverence. May god bless him eternally! He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. May god be with his family at this very difficult time. God bless you Kevin, you may be gone, but never forgotten!!
