Marilyn and Family:

I had the privledge of succeeding Ken as the NFL Game Clock Timer for Chicago Bear games. Now almost 20 yrs. later there isnt a game that goes by that I am not asked how Kennie is doing. He left a mark on the game and the game is better because of him. My deepest condolences to you and yours on your lost. Kennie will be in our prayers and thoughts especially on Sundays in the fall

Mrs. Trainor, Mike, Tom, Ken, Matt and Bill
My deepest sympathies to you and your families. Please accept my sincere apology for not being at the services. I'll always remember Ken driving us to St Mel and listening to "Wally". Well almost, as he usually dropped us off at Cicero Ave. and we walked the rmaining mile to Kildare Ave. And I'm sure I will never forget all the Cub games he took us to even though I'm a Sox fan. I still remember convincing him to finally take milk delivery from my Dad. He had some excuse about not doing business with friends but I guess he finally gave in or maybe he just got tired of arguing with me. And when he retired from being the Bears timer at Soldier Field I remember standing and applauding when they announced his name. I have many found memories amd when I call Dad I'm sure we will reminisce about our good friend. You are in my thoughts and prayers

Marilyn & Family:

Condolences to you all on the loss of your husband and father. May you find peace knowing Ken is with his heavenly father.

What a welcoming committee he must have had when he entered the kingdom. You are in my prayers.

To all the Trainor family, Know that our prayers and thoughts are with you. The Trainors were always good friends to the Savages and it is those fond memories that bring us joy at this time of sadness. I know when I call my dad tonight in St. Francis Village, Texas, he will be very saddened to have lost a good friend.

To Aunt Marilyn and all of my cousins in the Trainor family, your dad is now at rest in heaven with my father, and Grandma and Grandpa Trainor. May God Bless his soul and may you always cherish all of the wonderful memories of a truly dedicated father and loving husband.

Your dad, like my dad, taught us values, hard work, honesty and what family is all about. Those values I hold very dear to my heart, as I pray the same for all of you in your loss.

I am so thankful for all of our childhood memories and holidays celebrated with all of you over the years. Everyone is in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless you all.

Please accept my deepest sympathies. I first met Ken in 1978 when I started officiating football. Ken assigned me my first high school game in the O'Have Valley Conference. He was a pillar in the AOA.
