I served with Kenny in Nam. He was on a 4.2 mortar gun crew and I was in the 4.2 mortar Fire Fire Direction Center. Kenny was special. Hard worker, full of humor, great talker. He read many of my letter from home! [email protected]. Love to hear from any family member or friend!

Kenny was my boss of 17 yrs. He was a father to me. His dad Andy gave me a job when i was still in H.S. and i came in after school H.S. i was 17 at the time. after his dad passed away , Kenny took me under his wing which grew not only as my boss , but to a personal level in words i cannot describe. as he told me shortly before his passing that we were sure a great team. no one knows how much he cared about me and as much as i cared about him. he was my boss , he was the father i never had , he was my best friend and this is really hard to explain how much he meant to me. i miss him so very much. it is hard when someone close to you leaves the game ( of life ). God , i miss him so much , but i still talk to him everyday in my own way and it just leaves me to wonder if he can hear me. i think he does. i wish i had a pass to visit him. i never say goodbye. now i'll say i'll be seeing you. i am signing off for the moment and someday we'll have a very long talk. see ya Kenny from Don.
