Unfortunately, I never met Kathy but my father (Boris Ain) spoke of her often over the years and I know he loved her greatly. He talked about how smart and taltented she was - he was very proud. I, too, am on a cancer journey. Mine began at the same time as Kathy's journey and I thought of her every day as we both experienced the ordeal of cancer. I know Kathy is in God's arms now and I pray this brings all her loved ones peace.

Kathy was such a force! She was a tireless advocate for dog rescue, and her friendship was priceless. The world is a better place because Kathy was in it.

We will forever and always miss our Kathy! She was a blessing to Wyse Technology (her employer) and we will never forget how much she has touched our heart and souls both professionally and personally. It was both an honor and privilege to get to know her and become her friend.
