Dear Kathryn, I want to thank you for coming into my brother Rick's life, and making those years tnat you two were together the happiest years of his life. You two complimented each other in so many beautiful ways, and you shared so many common interests.
One of my fondest memories of you was when we had gone to Pikes Peak to throw my mom's ashes. It was very hard for me, and I was in tears. You gave me such a big wonderful hug. You knew what it was like to lose your mom. That hug meant the world to me, and I will always be thankful for that. Thank you for your love.
Thank you for loving me, and especially for loving my brother.

Kathryn. I can not believe that I will not get to hear your beautiful accent in the store again. I am saddened by your departure as everyone else is in the customer service team. You were a great person and I am grateful to have known you. I will miss you.
