Dear Erin --
We are very sorry for the loss of your sister. I'm sure it was very hard on you and your family during her time of illness. I can't even begin to imagine how sad that must have been watching someone you love be so sick. I am hoping that you find comfort knowing that she is in a better place and that she is at peace.
Although I did not know your sister personally I know that she was very kind by what other people have written and her request for donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. As you are aware, she also helped Mike get a temp job at McCormick place which helped their family out during a difficult time.
I'm sure she was a positive influence for her students during her years of teaching. I'm sure she found it to be very rewarding.
Erin, I want to express my deepest sympathy to you and your family on the loss of Kay.

Kay was very instrumental with helping me to begin doing temporary work at McCormick Place. It literally opened up a whole new world for me. I will always be grateful to her and already miss working with her. She will be missed by all the kind ladies I have gotten to know because of Kay.
I have prayed for her daily and know she is with God.
