Karen A. Hoyne, age 67, of Chicago, passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon, June 30, 2024 at her home. Born April 10, 1957 to the late Robert and the late Bridget Sieja, she was the beloved wife of Thomas; loving sister of Michael (Tracey) Sieja, and the late James; dear sister-in-law of Linda (Stephen) Parker-Eaton, Lisa (Rick) Rau, and Laura Hoyne; fond aunt of Katelyn, Kylie, Meghan, Jimi, and Jesse (Laura) Sieja, Rhys and Keira Parker-Eaton, Raymond (Amanda) Rau III, Julia Rau, Josef (Astrid) Rau, John Rau, and Ashley (Tyler) Furlan; cherished great-aunt of Millie, Adalyn, Avery, Krys, and Annalise; adored cousin of many. Karen will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Visitation Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 10 a.m – 2 p.m. at Muzyka & Son Funeral Home, 5776 W. Lawrence Ave., Chicago.
