Stern, Julius W. 85, beloved husband of Renee (nee Israel), devoted father of Karen (Dr. Martin) Bogetz and the late Elaine (the late Peter Wagner) Wagner Oehm; proud grandfather of Kira (Albert) Shosho, Jori, Shauna and Alyssa Bogetz; great grandfather of three, dear brother of Otto (Ilse) Stern; loving uncle of Richard (Eileen), Arnold (Fran) Stern and great-uncle of five. Services Monday, 11 a.m. at Ezra-Habonim Niles Township Congregation, 4500 Dempster Ave., Skokie, IL, 60076. Interment Oakridge Cemetery. Contributions in his memory may be made to the synagogue of the Palliative Care Center & Hospice of the North Shore, 2821 Central St., Evanston, IL. 60201-1221.
