Dykhuizen, Josephine (nee Klopack), beloved wife of the Clarence, devoted mother of Rita Johnson, Glen (Patricia) Dykhuizen, Joan (the late Gregg) Kindle, fond grandmother of Brigette, Michelle, Monique, Tre, Adam, Ellen, Claire, Peter, Henry, JoAnna, Evan and Jordan, loving great-grandmother of 11, dear sister of Paul and Richard Klopack and the late Micky Klopack, Anna Lomac, Agnes Husenica, Mike Klopack, Ann Neisius, John Klopack, Helen Husenica, George and Bart Klopack, dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Monday, from Salerno's Galewood Chapels, 1857 N. Harlem, Chicago, to Our Lady of Immaculate Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery.
