Joseph Swiderski Obituary
Joseph A. Swiderski 96 of Addison, at Peace with Christ Sunday, June 8th . Veteran of the Korean War, Recipient of the Purple Heart and two Bronze Stars. Beloved husband of 68 years to the late Frances Rose. Loving father of Mary (Gary) Hrunek, Diane (Mark) Muench, Joe (Terri) and Lisa (Mike) Jeffers. Beloved son of the late Joseph and the late Katherine. Cherished grandfather of Jason (Lauren), Amanda, Kristin (Mike), Alex (Elizabeth), Katie, Peter, Jordan (Melissa), Sydni, Taylor (Mikey) Great grandfather of Evan, Mia, Henry, Brianna and Jack. Dear brother of the late Ann the late (Ray) Konop, the late Julia the late (Bruno) Jarosz, the late Genevieve the late ( Mitchell) LaBuda, the late Frances the late( Raymond Sr.) Cychosz, the late Agnes the late (Fred) Sienko the late Stanley the late (Pat) & the late Edward (Jan). Fond uncle and great uncle to many. Joe was an accomplished musician, known for being a member of the band, the Naturals Orchestra for many decades in the Chicago community and neighboring States. Visitation Wednesday June 25th from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Salerno's Rosedale Chapel's 450 W Lake St, Roselle, IL 60172. Funeral Services Begin Thursday at the Funeral Home at 9:00 AM and will proceed to St. Philip the Apostle Church, Addison. Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M.. The entombment will take place, with Military Honors at the St. Joseph Cemetery, Crucifixion Mausoleum, River Grove.
