Dear Debbie:
I worked with Phil in the DCAA office at Hamilton Standard from 1973 to 1978. He was truly a great friend who would offer valuable advice on a variety of subjects. We carpooled to work, skied, golf, played tennis, and participated in archery. Also, we took many MBA courses together at WNEC. After 1978, we lost touch as I left the area and Phil was no longer with DCAA but I can truly say that knowing him for only a short period left a lasting impact on me as he was one of the finest persons I have ever known. I am truly sorry for you and your family's loss.

Mrs. Briancesco, Laura & Annie-
It has been quite some time since I've seen you all, and I do think about you guys often. I was sadden when I heard about Mr. Briancesco passing. It seemed like yesterday when you guys lived in the yellow house right down the street from me. I will always cherish those memories in my heart. My deepest sympathy to you all during this time of sadness and loss.

Debbie, I have not seen Phil for many years, but always think of him from time to time. He was a good friend and mentor when I first started at DCAA, Hamilton Standard in 1974. Who can forget the time he played Santa Claus at our office Christmas Party. I wish the years had not gone by so fast and we had more to spend with him. God Bless you and your family and please accept our heartfelt prayers and condolences.
