Malinowski, Joseph (Satch) survived by daughter, Linda (the light of his life), Nancy-former spouse and friend of 50 years, brother Hank (Marie) and many nieces and nephews. Retiree of American Can, and member of 51st Street Club. Visitation 10 a.m. Monday, January 28, 2008, until time of Memorial Service 11 a.m., at John Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 7020 W. 127th St., Palos Heights. Interment private. 708-361-4235

Dear Linda and Nancy,
I am sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Satch. I wish I could have gone to see him one more time. I will miss his great sense of humor and his nicknames for us like "cheeks" and "balloon head". He was always easy to make laugh and I can still here him saying "you've got a face for that" when I was stuffing some food item in my mouth at family gatherings. I will keep you and him in my thoughts and prayers.
