Beatriz and Paul Franchini

Our condolences to Joe's family. Beatriz worked with Joe for nearly the last 20 years of his working career. We were good friends and Bea along with Joe's boss and closest co-workers always made sure that he,being a bachelor, took good care of himself. I'm sure Joe is now in heaven rewarded for the many good deeds he did while on earth.

I was saddened to hear of Joe's death. I enjoyed working and playing golf with joe for several years. He was a steadfast friend and we always appreciated his hosting the International Golf outing at his VFW.
