Joseph Baka was an excellent member of Swift & Company Export Sales Division. He was responsible for Puerto Rico and Panama Sales Offices, and was a great asset to our division.
I am greatly saddened to hear of his passing, and wish his family a blessed recovery from their great loss.

My condolences to the Baka family. I never met Joe, but spent a lot of time on the telephone with him, sometimes he was frustrated with me, sometimes I was frustrated with him, other times we just talked about the markets, but we always parted on good terms.
I pray that the hope of our Savior's resurrection is with the family at this time of saddness.

I am deeply saddened by Joe's passing. He was one of the greats. My condolences to Marilynn and the rest of the Baka clan. He was my mentor at Mahoney and he stepped up that role when I needed it most.
I called him Chewbacca and he called me Mueller. I will miss him telling me to "get a haircut".
