Worobey, John entered into rest September 17, in Palo Alto, CA, age 78, beloved husband of Ann Worobey of Saratoga, CA, for 54 years, loving father of Debs (Worobey) Rawlings and Johnny Worobey, caring brother-in-law of Paul Gromosiak and Jenny and Ed Sramek, brother of Vera Parat and Stephanie Jaye. A native of Chicago, IL. Veteran of the Army Air Corp. A long time Pharmacist in Chicago and the greater bay area. And a grateful member of AA for 16 years. Graveside services 10 a.m., Friday, September 23, 2005, at Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL. Family prefers donations to St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, earmarked "Charities Fund", 14220 Elva Ave., Saratoga, CA, 95070. Arrangements entrusted to: Muzyka & Son Funeral Home. Dear Ann and family,
You probably don't remember me, but I was a neighbor of "Grandma Pearl, Grandpa Nick, Irene, and Paul in
Cicero. After your mother died, I lost touch with Irene and Paul.
My prayers are with you in this difficult time. I would so much like to get in touch with you, Paul, or your sister Jenny. Perhaps as times settle down, one of you could contact me. I have so many fond memories of your family.
