Torres, John age 79, USMC Korean War Veteran, beloved husband of Jeanette (nee Decker) and the late Yvonne (nee Gamon), loving father of Daniel Wray (Torres), Ruby (Darrell) Clemons, John (Lynn) Torres, and the late Daniel Duane Torres, fond stepfather of Renee (Stephen) Spano, Rhonda (Christopher) Wadman, Randy Cook, and Roger (Raelynne) Cook, dear grandfather of Justin, Kristen, Joshua, Alexis, Nicholas, Josephine, dear step-grandfather of Jeremiah, Heather, Melissa, David, Andrea, Jared, Desiree, Katrina, Gianna, Michael, Danielle, Samantha and step-great grandfather of five, devoted son of the late Juan and Aurelia Torres, (nee Arbazia), fond brother of Julia (late William) Stonecipher, Lydia (Eustace) Ortiz, Eleanor (late Albert) Valdespino, Marcus (Jean) Torres, and James (Natalie) Torres and the late Margaret (Daniel) Hinsley, Edward, Marcus, and Daniel Torres, dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Retired from City International, Inc., Dealer of Navistar. Visitation Tuesday, from 3 to 9 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Lying in State Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. at Grace Fellowship Church 15150 S. Oak Park Ave., Oak Forest, IL 60452. Interment Beverly Cemetery.
