Schmeltzer, dear "Papa" of Eric and Alex, devoted brother of William (Pat) and Francis "Joe" (Mary Ann) Schmeltzer and brother-in-law of June (Joe) Ozga, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Friday, 9:30 a.m. from the Brady-Gill Funeral Home (Heeney-Laughlin Directors), 2929 W. 87th St., Evergreen Park to Christ the King Church. Mass 10:00. He is a special person and good friend....a great loss.
