John Sawicki Obituary

After learning of John's passing, that news took me back to the time when I worked with Dr Sawicki and his family. John was the mentor that changed my life. Even though it has been many years since I spoke with John, his influence has indelibly stamped my life for the better. It is with a great sadness that I think of John and his family at this time.

I want to extend my deepest sympathy to John's family. May God Bless you and your family. John will be missed.

I am a friend of John's sister. My heart is breaking for you Bobbie, your Mom and John's family at this time of sudden loss. What an honorable and respected man John was! His life may have been short, but his legacy will live on. May you be comforted by the memories of all the good times you spent together.

My thoughts and prayers to the family of my friend, classmate and fellow professional. May they all see John for the good person he was.

We will truly miss Dr. Sawicki! For me, he was a teacher and a mentor, always setting the highest example of those qualities that most others just strive to live by. My heart goes out to the Sawicki family and his wonderful staff.

My deepest sympathy to Dr. Sawicki's family and staff. He was a wonderful person. I was very fortunate to have been able to work with him for many years, and will always cherish his friendship. He will truly be missed.

In my 35 years as a dental assistant, my 10 years with Dr Sawicki were the best. His work was perfection and he was a good boss and a wonderful human being. There wasn't a day that passed that he didn't talk about his family. It's hard to think he isn't there anymore, he will be missed.

I was so very sad to hear of Dr. Sawicki's passing. He was a kind and gentle dentist with a wonderful sense of humor.

I was a patient of his back in the late 1970's and I do believe I was one of his FIRST patients. I can remember one night I was in a "borrowed" Oakbrook office having dental work till 11pm. and Dr. Sawicki had his assistant walk me out to my car because of the late hour.

I just wanted the family to know how I felt about him and to also offer you my heartfelt sympathy.

May you find comfort in the fact that he is now an angel in heaven and many prayers are being said .

My deepest condolences to his family and staff. Dr. Sawicki was one of the kindest men I have encountered. He practiced his craft with simplicity in the eyes of the patients and with the utmost attention to detail from a practice standpoint. I am truly saddened by his passing. I am a better person from having known him.
