Dad I miss you so much. I will always remember our nights of Dominos pizza and Freddy Krueger together. As I got older you shared the same with Gabriella who has mentioned you every day and keeps saying how she can't wait to see you and our dogs again. I know you are watching us because when we got home from your funeral Emma Rose started walking for the first time! I have little memories all around me of you, even when I put the kids clothes away I think of how we searched for dressers endlessly together and were so excited when we found the ones we have. I love you so much and know you will be forever watching over us, I just wish we had so much more time together.

John,
I will never forget you and the good times we had together. I have so many memories of the things we did. You taught me how to drive with your Subaru Brat and let me take the Bakery van out many times. As I got older and had a family we grew apart, but you were always in my heart and will be greatly missed my friend. When I was a young kid you truly felt like a big brother to me. R.I.P. Big Johnny. I love you!!

To my sister Cheryl,
I know this is a difficult time for you and you have my deepest sympathy. John made you laugh, he held your hand, he put a ring on your finger and he promised to love you forever. He didn't break his promise; he loved you until the very last moment. He would have wished to grow old with you if given the chance. Cherish the memories of your life together! They will comfort you as time passes. His smile will always be illuminated when you think of him and you'll always be reminded of how happy he was when you look at the photos you lovingly placed in pictures frames and albums to memorialize your time together.

As a little girl covered her mouth from giggling, a strong handsome boy grabbed her hand lovingly- Just as the wedding card displayed their love, John was that laughter and joy to everyone in his life- I would like to refer to John as a father, because I respected and will cherish him for that great quality. As we all know- we will keep john alive in our smiles, our attention to the blackhawks, our failed attempts at making cookies just as good, and most of all our laughter- The one thing John loved for us all to do in his presence. U WILL BE MISSED DAD :)

John,
I met you as a young girl of 17 so many years ago. Although our lives took us down different paths, we have a beautiful daughter and 2 wonderful grandchildren, for which I know you will always shine down upon and look after. I'll never forget you, and am forever blessed for the 3 gifts that we all have in our lives because of you.
This is all so surreal, and I simply cannot believe you are gone.
To Gina, my sweet daughter, your father loved you, Gabby and Emma and will always be a part of your lives. Remember and cherish the times that you had together.
Virg, Cathy, Debbie and Cheryl - my heartfelt sympathy and compassion go out to you, as I know how bad you all must be hurting.
Rest in Peace, John, and may you find comfort with your father John Sr, and nephew Bryan.

"Uncle" John was such an amazing person and I feel so special to have had him in my life, I will always think of him on our shared birthday. I hope that you all can find comfort in eachother, you're such a strong family, I know you can get through this. I am so sorry for your loss and will pray for each of you. Let's keep all the good memories alive and know that we will meet him again. God wanted him for a reason, maybe to brighten the sky. He always pulled a smile out of me when he was around.
Sending lots of love your way,
Amanda
