John Pavlik Obituary

Pavlik, John R. age 75, of Lyons, a former test engineer for Argonne National Laboratory with 36 years of service. Beloved husband of Loretta (nee McCarney), devoted son of the late John and Bessie Pavlik, dear grandson of the late Martin and Anna Ello. John is also survived by his many dear friends. John was a proud member of the American Orchid Society and also an avid fisherman and traveler who enjoyed fishing especially in North Woods of Wisconsin and the Florida Keys. Visitation Friday, 3 to 9 p.m., at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Funeral Saturday, Prayers 11 a.m., from the chapel to St. Cletus Church in LaGrange for Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Joliet. Info: 708-352-6500
