Sean and Paula--So sorry to hear about the passing of your Dad. I have many fond memories of J.P. most of which revolve around our days together during softball and our evenings on Wesley. As you know, Phre' and Zank and I are still playing 16 inch although our record is pathetic. At one of our last games this season there was an old codger with white hair in the dugout of the opposing team cheering his son's team on. (They were the first place team and we were the last place team, we won the playoff game 8-4 probally because J.P. was in the audience) I nudged Fred and pointed to the old guy and simply said--"J.P." Fred agreed with me.
Maureen lost her father on August 4th, he was 79.
I understand what your family is going through right now and I can only hope that your Dad didn't suffer prior to his passing. Hope all is well with you all and Mom and please know that your family is in our prayers. We all seem to have gone in different directions as we grow older, but I often think back to those less stressful days when we hung out in your basement listening to Deep Purple. Led Zeppelin and of course the Who, with your Mom making us breakfast at 1 AM because we had the munchies. Hope all is well in the Desert and I will make it apoint of calling this week to get reacquainted. OMALLZ

Dear Catherine, Sean and family and Nancy,
Once I learned of John's death I wanted you to know that he and you are in my prayers and Father Tom's. We will both be offering a Mass for your intentions. We thank God for all the good things he was able to accomplish in his life.
