i met father George at the Midway AP 2 days after the death of his brother. The mass was simple and beautiful as his touching pause to remember his brother who left for his deserved rest. I asked him afterwards what his brother's name was and he told me "John". I said that I would think about John and pray for him. Father, I would like to see the day that the both of yoou are united in God's kingdom. That will be a glorius day!

Having known John for the last four years at Evergreen Healthcare, he was one of the proudest and finest gentlemen I have ever met. John was so proud of his family and spoke so highly of them. John always had a twinkle in his eyes, but when his family was there his eyes sparkled. His loss is felt not only by the administration and staff of Evergeen Healthcare, but by the many residents who knew and loved John, especially William Hughes, his roommate for many years. On behalf of Evergreen Healthcare Center, I extend our deepest sympathy to his sister, Catherine and brother, Fr. George as well as his many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Joanne Graf, Administrator & the entire staff and residents of Evergreen Healthcare Center.
