McDonaugh, John F. age 71, Battalion Chief of CFD, loving husband of Joan (nee Geiser), devoted father of John, CFD (Cathy), James, NFD (Mary), Julie and Joe, cherished "Papa" of Sean, Matthew, Daniel, Patrick, Erin, John, Frank and Anthony, fond son of Eileen and the late John, CPD McDonaugh, dear brother of Patrick, CPD (Mary Lou), Maureen (Paul) Kerin and the late Eileen (Sean) McDonough, dearest brother-in-law of Shirley (John) Compall, fond son-in-law of the late James and the late Miranda Geiser. Funeral Friday, 11 a.m., from the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., to St. Mary of the Woods Church for Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, from 3 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to your favorite charity in memory of John will be appreciated. 773-736-3833.
