McCullough, John E. 74, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2009. He was a retired Captain of the Chicago Fire Department, beloved husband of Rozanne (nee Pfaff), loving father of Andrew John (Paulette Giesen) McCullough, fond brother of Joanne Schneider, loving uncle to several nieces and nephews. In accordance with John's wishes, services will be private. Memorials in John's name may be made to the American Heart Association, 208 S. LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60604 (312)346-4675.
