Dear Nancy, Phil, and Family,
It was with great sorrow and saddness, that I learned of John's passing. His death will leave a large void in the hearts of all whom he touched.

I feel lucky and blessed to have had John in my life; I will never forget his smile, voice, jokes, enthusiasm, hugs, creativity, silly glances, compassion, softness, heart, kindness, love, tenderness, and beauty.

I didn't know John very well, but I have known his family for a long time and am very good friends with his mother and know that he was/is very loved. My heartfelt sympathies go to his family and friends. He will be sorely missed and remembered by many.
