Beloved husband of Jane (nee Kowalewski), loving father of Arthur (Marilyn), Donald (Carol) and Carol Kozlowski, dear father-in-law of the late Jacquelynn Kozlowski, cherished grandfather of Laura and Joseph, devoted uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Wednesday, 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Thursday, 10 a.m., from Lawn Funeral Home, 7732 W. 159th St., Orland Park, IL 60462, to St. Andrew the Apostle Church, Calumet City. To Mrs Kozlowski, Carol, Don and Art: We mourn the passing and at the same time remember the life of a wonderful man, a long-time neighbor, and a treasured, lifetime friend. He was the greatest! We will always remember his great sense of humor and sharp wit. We will deeply miss him. May God grant you peace and strength in your time of sorrow. Our prayers are with you. I was so sad to hear of Mr. K's passing. When I think back and remember how much your family was a party of my life, it's astonishing. I think of you guys often when I tell my kids about our old neighborhood and how everyone stuck together. Take care.
