Grygiel, John S. age 91, Army Veteran of WWII, beloved husband of the late Genevieve (nee Jendryczka), loving father of Michaeline (Mark) Feldman, Mary Ellen (Brian) Zimmerman, Stanley (Mary Lou) and Joseph (Robin), dear grandfather of Nicole (Tim) McElroy, Bradley (Ann) Feldman, Justin (Bonnie), Derek, Preston and Brandon, great-grandfather of Alexis, Carly, Haley, Griffin, Jackson and Allison, fond brother of the late Ben (Eleanor) Grygiel, the late Ted (the late Julie) Kloss, the late Edward (Florence) Grygiel and the late Joseph Talaga, brother-in-law of Florence (the late Joseph) Ferreri, Chester Jendryczka, Dorothy (Frank) Huss, the late Mary Jendryczka, the late Josephine (Chester) Zurowski, the late Matthew (Irene) Jendryczka, the late Jeanette (the late Chester) Witkowski and the late Alice (the late Bruno) Lejkowski, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. from Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 W. Archer Ave. (corner of Natoma) to St. Daniel the Prophet Church, Mass 10 a.m. lnterment Resurrection Cemetery. Member of Des Plaines Valley V.F.W. #6863, St. Daniel Holy Name Society and Seniors Club. Visitation Tuesday, 2 to 9 p.m. 773-586-7900.
