Suddenly like a butterfly Jack would land on the deck with his portable bar , Laughter , Jokes , Music & his latest "Shtick" would begin, then just as quickly he was off to another happy place, Hagar, Pottawattamie, Paw Paw . Like the butterflies you & all the Galvins are sorely missed. Big Jack Rest in peace. Love , Rita Linehan

Daddy, I can't believe this. We are all so angry, sad, shocked as to what happened and how fast it happened. Daddy you fought so hard and was so positive throughout all of it. You are one of the bravest people I know. My whole world has been shattered losing you. Nothing will ever be the same. Charlie is going to grow up without having one of the greatest Grandfathers ever. But don't worry daddy, he will know all about you! Now he has you as the greatest guardian angle ever. You were an amazing father, raising Megan and I with good morals and values. Teaching us so many life lessons that we will carry on and teach our children. Dad, you were the best, my first Prince Charming, my everything. I love you more than you'll ever know. See you in my dreams.
