John Dillon Obituary

Wow! I have been looking for my dear friend Mary Dillon from Saint Bernadette grammar school in L.A. for almost 10 years when we had a reunion and here you are. Of course I´m sorry to hear your dad died but that was a long time ago. Mary it´s Pam Palmer. If you get this, can you please email me and Connecticut @[email protected].

John was a great man and I miss him. The friendship that we shared during and after the time we worked together was really important to me. He was a man of rare principle, full of wisdom and compassion. John always made people smile and I feel fortunate to have known him. Your family is in my prayers.

I knew your Dad over the last 25 years when we used to sell Sparkling Springs water coolers. He was always a pleasure to work with and was such a kind, gentle man. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope eventually time will ease the pain of the loss of both your parents and you will be left with the happy memories. All of us at the S.K. Culver Co. share in your grief.

I was blessed to have known John in the 10 years I worked with him at Sparkling Spring. He was one of the most gallant, honorable and kindest men I have ever met. I am deeply saddened by his passing. Knowing that this is the second loss in such a short time frame for the Dillon family, saddens me even more. John & Pat are in my continued thoughts and prayers.
