Fr. Crocker was a wonderful man and a terrific classroom teacher of Loyola psychology undergraduates. He had a talent for making difficult and tedious subjects (research methods; psycholinguistics) come alive. It was his strong encouragement (and letter of recommendation) that led me to doctoral studies at LU. He was always a pleasure to communicate with over the years and I repeatedly "blamed" him for my career in clinical child psychology. Great teachers are never forgotten.
