Dear Clark Family, I was shocked and saddened to have heard of Jacks passing. I have such fond memeories of the 9300 block of Longwood. I still remember the evening jog to and from Ridge park, the hockey games all winter long in your backyard, football in the street and watching the Irish on Saturday afternoon in the front yard. Your father was the one player/manager who kept all us kids in line. He will be forever missed but never forgotten. God bless you all. Sincerely, Ben

Dear Clark Family, I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing and our family is praying for him. But it is the good times that I remember. My wife only met your Dad once or twice at the lake, so I was telling her about him...how much he loved sports, wore the green socks to Irish games etc...and then I realized we were both smiling...I have a feeling your Dad brought a lot of smiles to peoples faces over the years...Keep smiling as you remember him...

Dear Clark Families,



Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sadness. Jack--or Sous as we called him at Loras intermurals--was a great guy and he will be missed. Go Duhawks; go Sox!

Although we never met Jack, he must have been a wonderful man which is reflected in the kindness and sincerity of his children and grandchildren. Our hearts go out to you all. It is difficult to lose such a great part of your family.

We met Jack and Alice so briefly at Stephanie and Matt's wedding but we feel we know him, and you Alice, by the love and admiration expressed so often and in so many ways by Mat, Steph, and her folks. May the love and support of your amazing family and friends lead you to the sacred Peace of our Lord.

Although we didn't get to meet your dad Jack, and Kevin's Grandpa Clark in person, we know that he was a person of great character, strong convictions, a protector and a provider for his family and friends. His love will remain, to live on in the lives of his family for generations to come. We send you and your family our love and sympathy for your loss.

My cousin Jack was 5 years older than I. He was my idol when I was in grade school at Christ The King. Some things never change.

On behalf of the Lynch family, I wanted to offer my sincrest condolences to the Clark family.



Jack was a true character in every sense of the word - I know he'd be proud that we have carried on his special tradition of watching all the Chicago Bear games outside.



I also carry with me great memories of Jack on the Purdue campus wearing his gold pants, striped shirt and 50-gallon Purdue cowboy hat....while following the Purdue band through campus.
