"Jack" age 89, devoted son of the late Gustav and the late Ann (nee Dulain), fond brother of the late Gustav (Myrtle) Becezny, dear uncle of Robert Bezecny, Barbara (late Bill) Yant and the late John Bezecny, great-uncle of John and Bobby Bezecny. Treasured friend of Marie Granville. Jack was a proud WWII Navy Veteran and former Commander of the Chicago Mt. Vernon VFW Post 2796 for over 25 years. Funeral service Saturday, February 23, 2008, 10:45 a.m., from the Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 S. Harlem Ave., Tinley Park, IL, 60477, to Sacred Heart Church. Mass 11:30 a.m. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visitation Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. 708-532-1635 or www.vandenbergfuneralhome.com
